*The presentations must be sent to email@example.com, using the name of the presentation as subject, until:17-04-2018
* The presentations must be in PDF format. If you want, you can additionally send them in their source format (PowerPoint, Impress, Keynote, or any other tool you may be using). However, as we cannot guarantee that every presentation tool will be supported by the computers that will be used to carry out the presentations on the day of the conference, the PDF format is essential.
* The name of the presenter must be included in the e-mail.
* The presentation must be no longer than 15′, to allow time for questions and comments by the audience.
Registration to the conference is required.
