About Elena Chailazopoulou:

Elena is the co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Convert Group, a company leading the Data & Analytics Market Intelligence space since 2014. A proud alumni of the Department of Management Science and Technology, Elena has specialised in eCommerce and Retail Innovation through her studies but also through her work. Over the last 10years, she has worked on more than 50 projects on eCommerce strategy and digital transformation as a consultant. In 2017 Elena led a major company transformation, pivoting Convert Group from a service driven consultancy to a SaaS platform with presence in over 20 countries. Elena’s greatest joy is seeing the company grow from 2 to 60 people.
